Snow Promotion Rules
- Any individual, excluding Insurance Companies, who makes a purchase between 2/1/2011 - 3/10/2011 (Qualified Sales Period) at Elite Dental, Elmwood Village Dental Care, Niagara QualityCare Dentistry, PC and/or Kenmore QualityCare Dentistry, PC is entitled to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if 6 inches of snow falls at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport on 3/17/2011 between the insured hours of 12:00 A.M. and 11:59 P.M. (24 hours).
- All purchases made during the above period are final. No returns or cancellations are permitted, but items can be exchanged for equal or greater value.
- Individuals, NOT Insurance Companies, who have made a purchase during the Qualified Sales Period must PAY IN FULL in order to be eligible to receive a refund as a Qualified Customer.
- The Insured Peril will be measured at Buffalo International Airport by Weather Command. The official report will be the ONLY weather data relied upon in verifying the Insured Peril and whether refunds are to be made.
- Please be advised that Elite Dental, Elmwood Village Dental Care, Niagara QualityCare Dentistry, PC and Kenmore QualityCare Dentistry, PC will not be in a position to confirm that the Insured Peril occurred until a minimum of seven (7) business days after the Insured Date(s).
- In the event the Insured Peril is met as defined in Rule #1 above, please be advised that it may take up to sixty (60) days after the weather recording date to receive your refund. In addition, any qualified customer during the qualified sales period entitled to a refund in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25) or less, will have their account credited that amount. Moreover, any qualified customer during the qualified sales period entitled to a refund in an amount greater than twenty-five dollars ($25) will receive a check within sixty (60) days.
- Purchases made outside of the Qualified Sales Period and all sales tax and delivery charges are not eligible for a refund.
- Elite Dental, Elmwood Village Dental Care, Niagara QualityCare Dentistry, PC and Kenmore QualityCare Dentistry, PC reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
- No purchase necessary. You may also enter this Promotion by filling out an entry form. If Insured Peril occurs, one entry will be randomly selected from all entries to win a Comprehensive Cosmetic Consultation with a Whitening Treatment.
